Write a 2-4-page case analysis of a cyber-crime related court case from either state or federal court. You can easily find a relevant case to review on the Internet or in any reputable periodical.
Identify the court case, provide a background of the facts of the case and an analysis of how the court ruled, eventual outcome, and societal ramifications. Include your properly formatted references.
