Discuss an area of Human Resources that you are most interested in having a career in (eg. Recruitment, Training, etc.). Explain why this area interests you and what skill set you can bring to add value.
Then look into the future and discuss the key elements and issues you feel will be most important in your selected area 10 years from now. What new advancements will there be, what will the job look like, what trends will dominate the HR field.
Your response should be direct, well-supported, professionally communicated, timely and demonstrate thought leadership. There is no word requirement, but you must demonstrate your understanding and support your premises.
