ORGANIZATION: Your essay should have four parts:
1. The given central argument which is the position that you must DEFEND
throughout the essay).
2) A justification: WHY you want to make such an argument.

4) A conclusion: SO, WHAT significance and implications of your argument to U.S.
national security and to the US Intelligence Community.
