Social inequalities occur in the sports within economic institutions and the media. Social inequalities also exist across intersecting dimensions of inequality including race, social class and gender.
Explain the ways in which one dimension of social inequality (race, social class, or gender) is perpetuated within the economy or media. Provide an example from a relevant Coakley chapter.
