a. A description of how you intend to encourage and respond to positive student behavior (examples, selecting students of the week, or sending a congratulatory note home).
b. A plan for students that are behaving negatively in your class.
c. What techniques are you going to use to maximize the effectiveness of your classroom management?
You should refer to include specific techniques that have been addressed by the author, or in videos.
