As a business consultant, you have been asked to produce a 1,500-word report
describing the disruptive aspects of the experience economy on a particular part of
the tourism, hospitality, or events sectors.

The report should describe how designing services for customers has changed as a
result and provide recommendations for entrepreneurs, who are potentially starting a
new business venture.

1. Your report you should clarify and explain which part of the tourism, hospitality,
or events sector you are focusing on.

2. Your analysis must be underpinned by supporting academic evidence, which is
fully referenced at the end in a bibliography.

3. You must integrate and apply relevant ideas and concepts from the academic
