Guidelines

• LO1 and LO2 –

The student should critically evaluate and compare 2/3 change models and or frameworks that could be used to develop a change management strategy and apply this to practice.

• LO3 –

The student must choose 2/3 strategies that monitor and measure the progress of change and present a critical evaluation that is applied to practice with some relevant examples included as to how they work or where there are flaws.

• LO4 –

The student should select 2/3 tools that are used within leadership and management that impact organisational change and present a critical analysis of the tools explaining when they are effective and where and when they may not be effective and why.

Guidance sheet – essay

The essay should include:

Ø Cover slide – Student name, student number, module title
Ø Introduction – 100 words

Answer questions such as:

1. Why you need change?
2. What will be the benefits to the organisation?
3. What are the benefits to employees within Health and Social Care?
4. What will be discussed in the essay?
Ø Main body – 10 sections, critiqued (put in contrast) and referenced each paragraph.
Ø Conclusion – 1 slide
