Paraphrase your understanding of the competency.
Articulate your field experiences that allow you to develop in this area.
Identify how the experience is helping you grow as a social work (e.g., Are you gaining more knowledge, skill? How are your values, critical thinking, and ability to reflect impacted?)
Describe any challenges or barriers to your development in this area. This should be reflective. As it relates to your internship
