It helps with the management of manpower, the implementation of training, and the education of the members of an organization regarding current and ongoing changes. Using human resources and personnel properly can ensure the optimum use of different resources (e.g., financial, physical, and technological resources) within an organization.
However, there are significant differences between the private and public sector when it comes to certain areas, such as hiring, financial disclosures, social responsibilities, influences from external political forces.
