Description
Think of someone in your life that inspires and influences you. This should be someone you know. It could be a family member, friend, teammate, boss, professor, etc.
After selecting your ideal leader, write an APA-style essay. Explain at least three things that you admire about the person.
Other items could include: What qualities does this person have? What values are important to them? Do they practice self-awareness? In what ways do they inspire you? How do they communicate? What advice would they give you about your journey in education? What makes them stand out?
