In the reflective essay explore your experiences of working within your team. As this is an academic essay your work should start with an introduction identifying the focus of your work. Within the main body of the essay, ensure you discuss key theoretical concepts and make sense of your experiences, by analysing concepts and experiences.
As reflection must result in action, in your conclusion include some indication as to how you plan to use insights gained, to enable you to develop your own practice and ways of working.
