You will be assessed as a group for the poster and presentation you produce.
You will be assessed individually for your ability to present your ideas clearly and effectively.
To meet the learning outcomes of this assessment you must:
Identify and explain why the chosen topic is relevant to the employees in the nursing home.
Identify a common hazard in the environment that the employees work.
Present your poster and justify what you included.
Explain the employers’ and employees’ responsibilities.
Identify practical interventions you have put in place to reduce the identified risk to the employees.
