Corporate Finance Assignment Instructions
You need to complete a financial analysis for a listed public company. You need to select one company on the list provided below and answer the three questions provided in the following section.
You can carry out the assignment individually or in a team of four people maximum. We will consider the different efforts required to carry out an individual assignment to determine the final grade.
ASSIGNMENT QUESTIONS
1. You need to determine and comment on the company’s life cycle. You must support the analysis
from a quantitative perspective by identifying and using relevant indicators that justify your results.
2. You need to carry out a financial analysis on the company’s balance sheet and income statement in
2020.
The balance sheet must be reorganized following a Capital Employed perspective. Comment on the results by calculating relevant ratios and provide a view on the ROIC of the company.
3. Comment on the cash flows statement of the company in 2020. Note that you need to build the
cash flow statement from the ground up using the approach seen in class.
