This is a standard medical school personal statement.
The main question to answer is why medical school, essentially.
Why have you selected the field of medicine, discuss your motivation for medicine, things that inspired you, ways you explored the field, ways you have developed qualities to succeed in medicine, things you want a committee to know about you.
They want to see a few cultural competencies. One does not have to include all of them, but it is good to include some.
