Critical Reflective portfolio
Description
Your summative assignment should be a reflective portfolio, which consists of three separate reflections, each of which explores a different topic, which we have explored during the course of the module (see list below).
Each reflection must use the Rolfe et al (2001) Reflective Model and structured using the following three sections:

So What?
Now What?
The format of your portfolio should be as follows:
Introduction
Reflection One
Reflection Two
Reflection Three
Summary of how your learning will impact on your future practice as a staff nurse
Conclusion
Topics that students can reflect on include:
Assertiveness, Conflict, Delegation, Prioritisation, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience, End of Life Care, Difficult Conversations, Discharge planning, Leadership and Management, Critical Incidents, Managing Complex Situations.
The word limit for this assignment is 4000 words.
