Personnel Training and Development
Description
Identify a topic and write an essay of 2-3 paragraphs describing the training impact(s) of that topic.
You should:
1) Define and describe the topic, 2) Describe and adequately cite at least one empirical source of information on the topic, and 3) Explain how you think the topic could impact training.
Example:
Globalization has increasingly become a reality for many organizations. This could impact training because best practices for training development rely on shared experiences of the trainees to ensure they benefit the most from the training. Globalization can make this difficult because it increases the diversity of the trainee pool.
