Write a report, which includes each of the following sections:
1. Briefly Introduce the organisation you have selected to write about
2. Briefly introduce the key business environmental scanning or analytical tools that will be underpinned in your report
3. Evaluate the organisation within its broader environment by using appropriate environmental and organisational analysis techniques/tools (PESTEL and Porter’s Five Forces Model). Identify the key drivers for the changes in the business environment that are related to your selected organisation’s business.
4. Critically assess the workplace culture of your selected organisation by using some of the questions surrounding Cultural Web. You must develop a detailed analysis of the culture of selected organisation.
5. Critically evaluate the relationship between your selected organisation’s present culture [analysed in (d)] and its efficiency in achieving financial and non-financial performance. Explains the term, Ethical Dilemma and identify at least two (2) ethical dilemmas in your selected organisation that may or will affect the performance of the organisation.
Explain the choices of action you would have to resolve the identified ethical dilemmas and justify your actions from an ethical point of view.
