Description
Prepare a 6500 word project which shows a clear and demonstrated link between the area chosen as the subject and the challenges faced in the organisation in which you are employed.
The work based project should be underpinned by a survey of relevant literature and include a planned element of primary and secondary research.
The critical analysis of the literature and research output will lead to conclusions that provide an appropriate response to the stated aims and objectives of the work-based project.
