Annotated Care Plan
Description
Produce a 1500 word assessment. 1000 words of which will be on the assessment and potential interventions for care in mental health nursing, alongside 500 words reflecting on their learning.
The care plan will be annotated to provide evidence that justifies their clinical decision making.
1. Critically evaluate the theories and processes that underpin person centred assessment in mental health nursing.
2. Make informed judgements about complex care assessment and planning by critically evaluating relevant current research.
3. Reflect on the intrinsic and extrinsic factors which impact on care choices and engagement in mental health nursing.
