Your company leadership has determined that it is time to be more intentional about including diverse individuals within the workplace. This effort has led to some staff expressing negative feelings about the recruitment initiatives. In some cases, individuals have refused to attend events marketed towards more diverse prospects.

Specifically, James, a Caucasian male, has been outspoken about the extra work required to include people of minority and other under- represented groups in its workforce.
