Write a report providing a critique of an organisation (growing or mature) presenting 5 out of a choice of 10 themes, showing the organisations response to contemporary global 2500 wordsgrowth challenges, outlining the current state of the business and proposing the future state using the 5 themes used in the presentation focusing on the financial and environmental sustainability of the business.
Your report will conclude with specific recommendations as to how you can improve the organisation and ensure its sustainability (financially and environmentally) in the medium to long-term.

For context:
You will apply your learning in this module covering a range of contemporary issues across varied contexts such as advanced and developing economies, growing and mature, profit and not-for-profit organisations.
You will choose a mature or growing organisation and critically assess the challenges that your research indicates are faced by your chosen organisation as they pass through the various growth stages and how skilful management of these development points can substantially reduce failure rates.
Your report will critically assess the organisations current state (choosing 5 out of 10 dimensions), and using sustainable business models good practice, offer insights and 3 clear goals and interventions for your chosen business to secure its viability, and financial and environmental sustainability in the medium and long term.
Your report will be clear, concise, professionally presented, in good English. Translation software is not authorised, your work should be your own, references clearly cited and accurate. Be clear about your quotes and references. Turnitin should be used prior to submission. The tutor reserves the right to a viva if needed.
Your report may include (but is not limited to) adding value to existing business models, building and developing teams and leaders, legal foundations, managing risk, managing finances and financing the business, strategies for growth, extending the life-cycle of mature organisations and exit strategies.
