•You should also include references, at least 5 academic sources, and refer to other criminal cases where applicable, all of which should be included in your reference list and case list below that.
2.Explain what is meant by the criticism that the criminal law is ‘unprincipled and chaotic’ (Duff, 2018).
In your answer, you should discuss at least one offence type, and at least one defence. You should focus on offences and defences we have covered during the module.
You should also refer to at least 10 academic texts, and at least 10 criminal cases, all of which should be included in your bibliography.
