Description
Using microeconomic tool, especially cost /benefit analysis and comparative statics to discuss economic issue(s) that is raised in this article and how any predicted outcomes conform (or don’t) to economic theory. If the article has no predictions, the paper will make one or two, based on economic theory. Must use at least two other reference to support the paper.
