Purpose

Synopsis
In this assignment, you are required to choose one of the articles you selected as a part of Module 4 Preparation that relates to an organizational area or function of interest to you. Based on the selected article, address the tasks below.
Tasks
1. Initial Post. By the due date indicated, summarize and explain one of the articles you selected that relates to an organization area or function of interest to you.
o Summarize the articles’ key points, discuss why you chose to share it, and what it suggests about the ethics or ethical leadership in the area or function.
o Particularly, explain the practical applicability of the concepts or ideas in the article.
o You should cite academic and professional resources, including a professional code of ethics relevant for your field or profession, in your answer.
2. Reply Post. Reply to at least two initial posts made by your peers with which you disagree in some respect.
3. Respond to Feedback. By Sunday, respond to replies made by your peers to your initial post.
