Module Goals

After completing this module, students will be able to do the following:

• Describe the key technologies, protocols, and utilities, and their roles in enabling eBusiness.
• Characterize the changes brought about by mobile and cloud technologies.
• Describe the current structure of the Internet, current issues, and potential future capabilities.
• Discuss the inner workings of the Internet and the Web, and their support for eBusiness and mBusiness mobile business.
• Explain what is required to establish, build, and operate an eBusiness presence.
• Suggest and recommend various eBusiness development and operational options.
