Reflective e portfolio writing for Orthopaedic surgeon
The Reflective e Portfolio is made up of multiple entries of experiences you have had in your daily clinical work. The entries you make should describe the situation you have faced and a reflection of how this experience has affected you both professionally and personally.
The experiences you choose to write about are at your discretion but should be similar to that of the Continued Professional Development portfolio.
The assignment requires writing 20 reflections in 5 categories, i.e. 4 reflections under each category. Each reflection should be around 300 words
