Explain your views on the need to prevent individuals who have criminal records, containing disqualifying crimes or offenses, from working in schools or for contractors who provide services to schools.
Identify the crimes or offenses you feel should bar an individual from employment and other crimes or offenses you feel should not bar a person from school employment. State your justification for both.
