Assess, plan, coordinate all care for multiple specialties for critically ill, COVID patients, long term patients, with acute and chronic conditions
Perform all point of care testing, administer medications, injections, infusions
Area covered is primarily Northeast Florida Region from Melbourne to Orlando FL
Care for patients on oxygen, High flow oxygen, salter High flow oxygen, BIPAP, catheters, indwelling drains, long term dialysis catheters, short term peritoneal dialysis
Transfer patients from LTCF and or Nursing Homes to inpatient Hospital settings when clinically necessary
Work with patients and families with end-of-life care, hospice, case management and entire clinical team including social workers, NP’s/PA’s and physicians
Document all nursing care, medication administration, care planning, treatments, therapies into EMR
Proficient with all EMR computer-based systems, and pyxis
Professional, reliable, flexible, provide excellent patient/family care
Hold Multi-State Compact Nursing Licensure.
