Read the data specifications document carefully; not understanding how steps are defined and what goes where will affect your patient counts.

In the worksheet, you will have to fill in the patient counts for each of those steps . Make sure these are individual patient counts . Finally, calculate the denominator and the numerator, and the final percentage.
