For this assignment, you need to do two things:
Find a source that speaks to how to resolve personal conflict that speaks to you and provide a link to that source. If that source is in print, upload a PDF copy of that source. note that you must find a source not provided to you by this class– you may not use the materials in located in the Additional Resources section of this module.
Write a 200 word essay which explains the merits of this personal conflict resolution method and why it appeals to you as something you will put into practice in the future.
