Use the case as well as this week’s required readings to determine your top ten highest impact risks to the event. Be familiar with the attached risk management checklist template and Risk Chart for your 10 risks, and complete the likelihood, impact, risk rating, “what we should do about it”, “who will do it”, and “when it will be done” for each of the ten risks you chose. Remember, you can insert your own risks into the spreadsheet if they are not listed. Use the RISK CHART on the last page of the template to help you complete it.

2.Review the textbook reading on stakeholder management as well as this IAEA stakeholder analysis article(https://www.iaea.org/resources/nuclear-communicators-toolbox/methods/planning/stakeholder-analysis
Identify the event stakeholders for Don and classify them in one of the four quadrants as shown in the stakeholder map in the article and textbook. You can either draw a basic map, use online stakeholder map templates, or list the stakeholders by category.
3. Review the stakeholder matrix in the IAEA article and be ready to list each stakeholder as well as the (a) stakeholder’s key issues and concerns, (b) effective communication methods Don should use for each stakeholder, and (c) the key messages that Don would want to communicate to each stakeholder. You can use a table as shown in the article if you prefer.
