Present a summary including the general key points of Heagney, Chapter 16.
2. Task Two
Between pages 209 and 213, Heagney offers twenty-two suggestions of how to make project management principles work for your company. Select, and further examine THREE principles of your choice. Your discussion must interrogate, and expand on the selected “principles”. Referencing the assigned videos is required. Referencing other external sources/research to help bolster your understanding of the selected principle is highly encouraged.
3. Task Three
Cross-reference your three selected three “principles” with the corresponding PMBOK chapter, Chapter Two: A). How does PMBOK Chapter 2 help bolster your understanding of the principles Heagney offered in Chapter 16? B) Specifically, which components of PMBOK Chapter 2 do you find most helpful, and why?
