Due to the school closing, we are unable to do in-class facilitations. In lieu of those, students will complete a written assignment. The audio on the video is okay, but you will probably hear it clearer if you watch wearing headphones.

2.Using the text/notes answer the following:
a) Why can’t the leader guarantee 100% confidentiality? Why or why not?
b) Do you think that the icebreaker she did was effective? Why or why not?
c) What type of group is it?
d) Is the group size – too big or too small?
e) What about the setting of the group? Is it appropriate? Inappropriate? Why or why not?
f) What do you think the member’s attitudes are towards the leader? Negative? Positive?
3. Discuss at least 5 of the basic skills of group leaders that you observed the leader do or not do. Be thorough and detailed with your answers.
