Pick ONE of the topics listed below for Project 1:
Colleges and large athletic programs should pay student athletes a salary or stipend.
Bicyclists and motorcyclists should be required by law to wear helmets.
High school teachers should have the right to carry concealed firearms in schools.
Smoking should be prohibited on all college campuses, including in all buildings and outdoors.
Honors students should have the privilege of registering for classes earlier than other students.
Students should have the right to drop out of school at any age.
Comfort animals—such as dogs, cats, ferrets and snakes, that have been recommended to patients by doctors or therapists to ease anxiety, should be allowed in college classrooms.
