Since their expertise can enhance an organization’s future development, consultants have become a major component of an organization’s future development plan. In the coming week, pay attention to the use of consultants throughout society and how their skills are optimally utilized. Additionally, determine where such efforts may enhance an organization’s change management process and where they may detract or derail this process.
