As we do roughly every other week, this week you are asked to write a new assignment, applying it to an historic event of your choosing. But this week, I ask that you apply the last 3 “obstacles to teamwork” p205, 6) lack of communication or miscommunication 7) lack of outside support and 8) lack of trust. As you think about your chosen topic, write about how these obstacles had an impact on the outcome of that historic event. If the people in that event had had more outside support, or if that person you write about been trusted more, what might have changed? If the communication had been clearer, more frequent, or more honest, how might some of the challenges been prevented?
Please write a paragraph about the historic event you choose, and then at least a second paragraph applying these three obstacles and your thoughts on their impact. I’m anticipating some excellent observations and applications from you, based on your past thinking on these issues in relation to history!
