Research Paper
Drawing upon your knowledge of the relevant concepts of international law, please write a research paper on ONE of the three topics listed below. follow the writing instructions as provided hereunder.
1- Discuss the legality under international law of Russia’s use of military force against Ukraine.
2- Analyse the concept of “State” under international law.
3- In your opinion, why should States prefer treaties as the main sources of international legal rights and obligations?

1. Apply the General APA Formatting Style when writing your paper.
2. Font: Times New Roman
3. Font size: 12 Points
4. Line spacing: 1.5 lines-spaced
5. In-text references should appear either in footnotes OR in the text of your paper . You shall not use both footnotes’ citations and in-text citations. The Font size for footnotes should be 10 points.
6. A complete reference with each source should appear in the reference list at the end of your paper.
