Write an in-depth analysis of either the son, mother or father. Your analysis necessarily will include points about the other two family members besides the main one you are examining , but try to really dig into our psychological/cinematic understanding of one family member. Avoid excessive “plot summary.”

However, the main purpose of the assignment is to be analytically keen about how you see the characters and their interactions in the film. Students often choose this option, believing it will be easy: and then they just meander or make very obvious points!
