Write a trifold brochure of the assigned topic “Alzheimer’s Disease”
This is to be written on a 5 to 6th grade level designed to provide teaching to a patient. The brochure needs to entail the following:
What the disease is , what the patient can expect to experience, and the
etiology of the disease.
Potential treatments including side effects and risks
of the treatment.
What the patient could be a risk for.
Patient teaching for possible supplies, devices, or environmental changes, etc.
Correct spelling with correct grammar.
Visually appealing/ creative and flows well according to the topic and instructions.
Must include references and in-text citations according to APA guidelines. You will need to
create a separate reference page. A minimum of two authoritative sources are required. No “.coms” or blogs are acceptable when using the internet.
