Empathy
Interview three to five people who you think may benefit from the problem you solve or the new product or service. List interview questions and the responses you received.
Identify themes across the interviews. Does everyone agree on certain things? Are there areas of disagreement?
Conduct observations if necessary. Describe the setting for the observations. Report the themes you identify. If observations are not appropriate or necessary, state so.
Include details of how you gathered your data and how you analyzed it. Reflect on the process. What have you learned from the data collection process? What can you do differently to improve the data collection process?
