Assure that you have read all module readings and have completed all module discussions and assignments before you complete your portfolio.
Select one work from each module to which you would like to dedicate more time and attention. For each work, focus on revisiting, revising, and finalizing.
Use your peers’ comments as well as my feedback to revise the four creative works that you have chosen.
Use the ideas that you brainstormed during our second discussion to create a final, carefully crafted and revised creative work that you feel reflects your echoes. You may choose any genre that you would like; feel free to be as creative as you appropriate with your approach to this assignment.
Finally, compose a short, reflective essay that discusses your creative work on echoes as well as your writing in general. address the following questions:
What do you hope your creative work reveals?
What purposeful choices did you make in terms of craft for this work?
What echoes have influenced you?
What echoes do you hope to create?
What is the role of the writer?
How would you define your craft as a writer?
Submission Documents and Required Order
Your short, reflective essay on echoes and yourself as a writer
A copy of your creative work that demonstrates echoes
Your four finalized creative works that you selected from each module
Please include all drafts that you previously submitted: the original draft submitted to the workshop, the revised draft submitted in your module portfolio, and your finalized draft.
