In this report, you will present an analysis of yourself as a potential manager. You will first need to determine in what work context you manage or intend to manage .
Then you should identify 3-5 key managerial situations in that work context. Subsequently, select the most pertinent OB concepts in the textbook that you will apply to address these situations. You should then combine what you have learned about yourself in the self-assessments with the OB concepts you have selected.
The report will be evaluated on how well you integrate the selected OB concepts, your self-assessments and the managerial issues in your work context.
The professor will allow for a great deal of variety and flexibility. The report should be 15 pages.
