Upgrading the culture of family businesses
So far, 2 pages of abstract and a short presentation (ppt) is needed about:
1. what is the topic of your thesis, research questions; 2. how are you going to do the research – where, with whom, how, timeline; 3. which are the next steps and 4. what are your questions and dilemmas now
look at least 10 references, build in what’s possible.
My thinkings about the topic are right now so far:
– what topics have already researched before and what is not?
– is there any suggestion how to improve the culture of family businesses?
– where we can find good and bad examples? is it a geographical peculiarity to make it successful?
Enclosed I send a previous work about EBA Group to understand the environment better.
