The project stakeholders have a dual role because they are researchers as well as healthcare providers. To avoid the dual roles interfering with the project, the staff who take part in the study will inform the participants of that their roles in the project are separate from their roles in the clinic. The participants will be informed of their freedom to accept to decline to participate in the project. The stakeholders will also inform the participants of their freedom to participate of refuse to participate in the study. Participants who decline to participate will continue to receive their treatment at the clinic without interference.
