Operational Manager in the Customer Service Department at MGMT Insurance LtD, my role is to ensure the smooth operation of the customer service team and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Two functions of my job include training and supervising customer service representatives and providing feedback to other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
Part 2: Discuss the allocation issue From the perspective of your department and management level, discuss the problem of errors in the allocation of deductions to policy premiums. a. Suggest ONE advantage of having an insurance policy and ONE contributing factor to errors in allocation of deductions (b.)
