The affiliation section is not necessary, you could include a note about your membership elsewhere.
You do not need a bullet point underneath everything. Be strategic. Which bullets actual provide information that is important for the job I am applying to? If they do not, then don’t include a bullet.
Consider the order of the information on the resume. What are your strengths as an applicant? What can you “sell” over other applicants? Design the resume and choose the order of information based upon your strengths.
