⦁ Apply Meleis’ theory (only those domains and constructs that you decide are specific to your transition to guide your plan for your transition to BScN, during your time as a BScN student. Include relevant research and literature from peer-reviewed resources to support your anticipated transition process during your time in the Post-Diploma Program as a BScN student.
