Introduction

The sampling method employed is purposive or judgmental sampling, chosen to select participants based on their expertise and relevance to the study’s research objectives(Bass & Riggio, 2019).
Sample Size
The sample size for this research proposal will consist of 150 participants from various healthcare organizations. The decision to opt for this sample size is based on statistical considerations and the level of precision required to generalize the findings to the broader population of healthcare leaders(Burns, 2021).
