We are analyzing a link that will transmit data blocks of 119 bits with an expected bit error rate of 4.5-6. For 1, 2, 3…8 check bits (eight sets of calculations):

Compute the probability that 2 bit flips would occur in the code word.

Compute rc.

Plot both curves. They do not have to be on the same plot.
