and green font reveals a deficiency.
• Examine your intake of cholesterol, sodium, and sugars, and compare to
recommended amounts.
• How would you change your eating patterns to avoid nutrient deficits and/or
reduce nutrient amounts that are excessively high?
• Which foods should you consume more or less of?
• Which areas were you satisfied with?
• Where there any limitations to the food processing program? For example,
where there items that you could not enter into the analyzer?
